THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.

FIRST WATCH x THE TRAITORS: NEW BLOOD SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

These Official Rules contain limitations on liability and a binding arbitration clause that entrants must review and agree to before entering the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of entry. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of First Watch Restaurants, Inc. (“Sponsor”), NBCUniversal Management, LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, promotional and judging agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging, promotion, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their respective immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. NBCUniversal Management, LLC is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to NBCUniversal Management, LLC.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins when the Sweepstakes announcement is posted on September 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 23, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The computer used to administer the Sweepstakes is the official timekeeping device. Four (4) skill-based missions will be made available during the Sweepstakes Period. Each mission will remain open for about two (2) weeks (except that the final mission will remain open for about three (3) weeks), as identified in the First Watch mobile application (the “First Watch App”).

3. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) methods of entry. An entrant may earn entries through eligible mission completion, the Alternate Method of Entry described below, or any combination of both methods, subject to a maximum of four (4) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Once an entrant has received four (4) entries, additional mission completions or AMOE submissions will not generate additional Sweepstakes entries; provided, however, that an entrant may remain eligible to receive a mission reward for successfully completing a mission in accordance with Section 5.

(a) Mission Entry Through the First Watch App. Download or open the First Watch App and follow the instructions to create or sign in to a First Watch App account (an “Account”) and access an available mission. Standard data rates and other charges imposed by an entrant’s wireless carrier may apply. Use of the First Watch App is subject to its applicable terms and privacy disclosures. The First Watch App is available through https://firstwatch.com/mobile-app. Each mission is skill-based. No mission will be judged based on speed, and there is no time limit to complete an attempt while the mission remains open. An entrant may retry a mission as often as needed during the applicable mission period until the entrant successfully completes that mission. After verified successful completion, additional attempts will not generate additional entries or rewards. Successful completion is subject to Sponsor’s verification using the criteria disclosed in the First Watch App. Upon verified successful completion, the entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for that mission, up to one (1) entry per mission, subject to the limit of four (4) total entries per person through all methods of entry combined. Participation in a mission, receipt of a mission-based entry, and delivery and redemption of any mission reward require use of the First Watch App. Mission requirements, availability, and successful-completion criteria will be provided in the First Watch App.

(b) Alternate Method of Entry by Mail (“AMOE”). To enter without downloading or using the First Watch App or completing a mission, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3″ x 5″ card, place the card in a standard business-size envelope with proper postage, and mail it to: First Watch x The Traitors: New Blood Sweepstakes AMOE, First Watch Restaurants, Inc., 8725 Pendery Pl., Ste. 201, Bradenton, Florida 34201. Each envelope must be mailed separately and must contain only one (1) card. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 24, 2026 and received by November 27, 2026. Each timely, complete, and valid mail-in request earns one (1) entry, subject to the limit of four (4) total entries per person through all methods of entry combined. No App download, Account, purchase, marketing consent, or mission completion is required to use the AMOE. Mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk, or third-party submissions are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

Mission entries and AMOE entries have equal weight in the random drawing. The Sweepstakes will be announced through the @firstwatch, @NBC, and @thetraitorsus Instagram and Facebook accounts. Social posts may direct entrants to the First Watch App or promotional materials, but a social-media interaction alone does not constitute an entry.

All entries must be complete, accurate, timely received, and submitted in accordance with these Official Rules. Late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, corrupted, lost, misdirected, postage-due, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. All entrants must provide any information required by the applicable entry process. Any attempt to obtain unauthorized entries by using multiple identities, registrations, automated methods, or other means will void the entrant’s affected entries and may result in disqualification. Robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of entry, including sweepstakes entry services, are prohibited.

If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant who entered through the First Watch App, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the email address associated with the applicable Account, subject to Sponsor’s verification. Sponsor may require proof that a person is the authorized Account or email-address holder. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 30, 2026 from among all eligible mission entries and AMOE entries received by Sponsor or its independent designee. Sponsor’s and its designee’s decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry provides one (1) chance in the random drawing. Each selected entrant is considered a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

5. PRIZE DETAILS:

Mission Rewards. Each entrant who successfully completes a mission will receive the nominal-value promotional reward identified in the First Watch App for that mission. Mission rewards are separate from Sweepstakes entries and are not awarded by chance. Each mission reward will have an approximate retail value of less than twenty-five dollars ($25). No entrant may receive more than one (1) mission reward per mission or more than four (4) mission rewards during the Sweepstakes Period. Each mission reward will be available for redemption through the First Watch App for up to two (2) weeks after the applicable mission closes, after which the reward will expire. Mission rewards are subject to availability and the redemption instructions, participating-location requirements, exclusions, and other restrictions disclosed in the First Watch App. Mission rewards are nontransferable, are not redeemable for cash, may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted, and may be substituted by Sponsor with a reward of comparable or greater value if unavailable.

One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize consists of: (i) fifty-two (52) First Watch “Brunch Bucks,” each with a value of twenty dollars ($20), for a total value of $1,040; and (ii) an assortment of The Traitors promotional merchandise selected by Sponsor and NBCUniversal Management, LLC.

Each Brunch Buck may be applied toward eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating First Watch locations. Brunch Bucks may not be used to purchase alcoholic beverages. If an eligible purchase is less than $20, the unused portion of the applicable Brunch Buck will be forfeited and may not be carried forward or applied to a future visit. If an eligible purchase exceeds $20, the winner will be responsible for the difference. Brunch Bucks will be delivered in the form and manner specified by Sponsor and are subject to the expiration date, participating-location requirements, exclusions, and other restrictions stated on or provided with them. Brunch Bucks are not redeemable for cash, may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization, except in Sponsor’s discretion. Brunch Bucks may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

The specific items included in The Traitors promotional merchandise assortment will be selected by Sponsor and NBCUniversal Management, LLC and may vary based on availability. Sponsor and NBCUniversal Management, LLC will determine the nature, quantity, size, style, and color of the merchandise.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). The ARV of the fifty-two (52) Brunch Bucks is $1,040. The anticipated ARV of The Traitors promotional merchandise assortment is approximately $75 to $100. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is approximately $1,115 to $1,140. The actual value of the promotional merchandise may vary based on the items included. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

Prize Conditions: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Any portion of a prize not accepted, redeemed, or used will be forfeited. The Grand Prize and mission rewards are subject to any additional terms and conditions supplied by Sponsor, NBCUniversal Management, LLC, or the applicable prize provider. All expenses not specifically stated as included are the recipient’s sole responsibility

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Sponsor or its designee will notify the potential winner by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the random drawing date. The potential winner must follow the instructions in the notification within seventy-two (72) hours or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. As part of the prize-claim process, a potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an IRS Form W-9 and other tax-related documentation, if required for tax reporting purposes, together with an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where lawful, a publicity release within the seventy-two (72) hour period. Sponsor and its designee are not responsible for suspended or discontinued service, changed contact information, undelivered or unanswered messages, or messages diverted by privacy or spam settings. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, does not return required documents, cannot be verified, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. RELEASE: By receipt of a prize, each winner agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor’s designee, NBCUniversal Management, LLC, the Sweepstakes Entities, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, limited liability companies, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors, successors, assigns, and agents, and Instagram, Facebook, and Meta (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize.

8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor or its designee may require a potential winner to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and other tax-related documentation if required for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s or its designee’s reasonable control impairs the security, fairness, integrity, or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these or other promotion rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Released Parties are not liable if any portion of the Sweepstakes is canceled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, epidemic or pandemic, government order, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertising, promotional, App, or other materials, these Official Rules will control. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any attempt to deliberately damage the First Watch App, any Sweepstakes-related website, or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate civil or criminal law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: entrant participation or attempted participation; inability to upload or download information; hardware, software, computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless, Internet, server, host, or provider errors; garbled or faulty transmissions; lost, late, delayed, or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the First Watch App or any Sweepstakes-related website; congestion on the Internet, the First Watch App, or any Sweepstakes-related website; unauthorized intervention, tampering, hacking, theft, viruses, bugs, or worms; destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes; or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of an Account or email address used in connection with the Sweepstakes. Use of the First Watch App, any Sweepstakes-related website, or any Sweepstakes-related social-media platform is at entrant’s own risk. If the Sweepstakes is discontinued, Sponsor may elect to conduct a random drawing from eligible entries received before discontinuance. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. DISPUTES; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; BINDING ARBITRATION: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ANY MISSION, ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, ANY MISSION REWARD, OR ANY PRIZE (COLLECTIVELY, “DISPUTES”) SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES THEN IN EFFECT, EXCEPT AS MODIFIED HEREIN. ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MULTIPLE PARTIES OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR. UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ARBITRATION SHALL TAKE PLACE IN THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE ENTRANT RESIDES OR ANOTHER MUTUALLY AGREED LOCATION. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THE INTERPRETATION, APPLICABILITY, ENFORCEABILITY, OR FORMATION OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ANY CONTENTION THAT ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IS VOID OR UNENFORCEABLE. EITHER PARTY MAY BRING AN INDIVIDUAL ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF THE CLAIM QUALIFIES. EITHER PARTY MAY ALSO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION SOLELY TO PREVENT THE ACTUAL OR THREATENED INFRINGEMENT, MISAPPROPRIATION, OR VIOLATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. JUDGMENT UPON ANY AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL LIMIT ANY NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS OR REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

13. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility and compliance, communicate with entrants and the potential winner, fulfill the prize, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with law, and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://firstwatch.com/privacy-notice. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

14. WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: First Watch x The Traitors: New Blood Sweepstakes Winner’s List Request, c/o GSE, PO Box 130, Dept. 26-8135-01, Glencoe, MN 55336-0130. Winner’s list requests must be received by December 31, 2026. The winner list will be available after the Grand Prize winner has been verified.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with NBCUniversal Management, LLC, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to NBCUniversal Management, LLC, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
