First Watch Unwraps New Seasonal Menu for the Holidays

Daytime Dining leader serves up a craveable lineup of new seasonal menu items, here for a limited time

BRADENTON, Fla. – October 27, 2026 – It’s the most delicious time of the year. First Watch is unwrapping a seasonal lineup made for holiday brunching. From savory flavors like Brie and truffle honey, to caramel apple and cinnamon, the new seasonal menu was made to celebrate every bite of the season. The chef-driven menu is available nationwide* now through January 4, 2027.

“This time of year, food is such a big part of celebrations. It brings people together, it’s tied to traditions and there’s always some nostalgia that comes with it,” said Shane Schaibly, Senior Vice President of Culinary Strategy at First Watch. “We wanted to bring that feeling to this menu while still giving something a little unexpected, and the Truffle Bacon & Brie Hash really captures that. You have creamy Brie, smoky bacon, roasted mushrooms and onions, then truffle honey bringing a little sweetness to all those savory flavors. It takes familiar breakfast ingredients and makes them feel a little more elevated for the holidays.”

First Watch’s full seasonal menu includes:

• Truffle Bacon & Brie Hash – Creamy Brie, Monterey Jack, diced hardwood-smoked bacon, house-roasted onions and crimini mushrooms in a potato hash. Topped with two cage-free eggs any style, lemon-dressed arugula, freshly cracked black pepper, a drizzle of truffle honey and fresh herbs. Served with Brie ciabatta toast.
• Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos – Two wheat-corn tortillas with refried black beans and
  Cheddar and Monterey Jack, wrapped around crispy corn tortilla shells and filled with scrambled cage-free eggs, hardwood-smoked bacon and hand-pulled carnitas. Topped with lime crema, housemade pico de gallo, fresh avocado and cilantro. Served with a cup of fresh fruit sprinkled with Tajín® seasoning.
• Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast – Two cage-free eggs cooked any style, with a cinnamon chip pancake and your choice of hardwood-smoked bacon, smoked ham, or pork, turkey or chicken apple sausages.
• Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll – A freshly baked cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese icing and spiced apple compote, then drizzled with salted caramel.
• Prickly Paradise – Fresh juice featuring Anjou pear, prickly pear, lemon and ginger.
