First Watch Debuts New Fall Menu
August 18, 2026
Daytime Dining leader welcomes pumpkin spice season with sweet favorites and cozy flavors, here for a limited time
BRADENTON, Fla. – August 18, 2026 – As the weather cools down, First Watch is heating things up with a new limited-time seasonal menu inspired by the flavors that make fall a favorite time of year. From the return of pumpkin spice and sweet maple to savory dishes featuring warm, Italian-inspired spices, the new seasonal menu captures the cravings that signal fall has officially arrived. The chef-driven menu is available nationwide* now through October 26, 2026.
“There’s something about fall that people look forward to all year long, from the return of pumpkin spice to the flavors that come with those cooler mornings,” said Shane Schaibly, Senior Vice President of Culinary Strategy at First Watch. “Seasonal ingredients really shine throughout this menu. In our Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich, sweet maple, sausage and house-crafted flavors come together to deliver notes of comfort and bright spice. And of course, it wouldn’t be fall without the return of our fan-favorite pumpkin pancakes.”
First Watch’s full seasonal menu includes:
- Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich – Million Dollar Bacon, a Jones Dairy Farm all-natural pork sausage patty, folded cage-free eggs, house-pickled jalapeños, sharp Cheddar and bacon apricot jam on a griddled, buttery croissant round. Served with freshly seasoned potatoes.
- The Godfather Breakfast Bowl – Griddled Italian pork sausage, two cage-free eggs any style and Bob’s Red Mill seasoned grits topped with lemon-dressed arugula, fresh herbs and freshly grated Parmesan. Served with a side of chopped Calabrian chilis.
- Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast – A classic, seasonal First Watch favorite – Two cage-free eggs cooked any style, Jones Dairy Farm all-natural chicken apple sausage patties and one of our signature spiced pumpkin pancakes.
