2026 Kids Ice Cream Promotion
Official Rules

Kids dining in at a participating Ohio First Watch Restaurant from June 21 – July 5, 2026 will be eligible to receive a free scoop of ice cream. Dine-in only, with purchase, while supplies last.
 
1. Who Qualifies?

• Offer valid for children aged 12 and under.
• Child must be present at the time of ordering and receiving the meal.
• Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. How to Redeem:

• Visit a participating First Watch® location in Ohio.
• Receive one (1) free scoop of ice cream with the purchase of one (1) full-priced Kids Meal from our menu.
• Simply show your receipt or inform your server when ordering to redeem your scoop.  Scoops can be served on the side, or as a dessert!

3. Scoop Details:

• Flavors are subject to availability and may vary by day or location.

 
4. Limitations:

• One free scoop per qualifying Kids Meal.
• No cash value. Cannot be exchanged for another menu item.
• Not valid with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

5. Where & When:

• Offer valid for dine-in guests only at participating First Watch® locations.
• Promotion is available Monday through Sunday, during regular business hours.

6. Timeframe:

• Promotion runs from June 21, 2026 through July 5, 2026, or while supplies last.
• Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice

Legal Stuff – Please Read

By taking part in this promotion or accepting the free ice cream (the “Prize”), you agree to the following:

• You release First Watch Restaurants, Inc. (“First Watch”) and everyone who works with them (e.g., respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns) (called “Released Parties”) from any responsibility for problems, damages, injuries, or losses that may happen because of your participation in the promotion.
• This includes anything that might go wrong with the ice cream, the event, the printing of promotional materials, or how prizes are announced or given out.
• First Watch and its team aren’t responsible for any promises, guarantees, or the quality of the prize, including anything promised by outside companies involved (like ice cream suppliers).
• If something goes wrong due to a mistake by another company or something beyond First Watch’s control, they are not liable.
• You also agree not to take legal action against First Watch or the Released Parties because of anything that happens as part of this promotion.
• First Watch is not responsible if anyone tries to break or get around these rules.

Legal Rights & Limits

By joining or participating in this promotion (or allowing your child to join), you agree to the following, as allowed by law:

• Any legal issues must be handled individually—you can’t be part of a class action lawsuit.
• If you make a claim, the most you can get back is your actual out-of-pocket costs, up to $10.
• You can’t get money for things like lost profits, emotional distress, or extra damages—only basic, actual costs (again, up to $10).
• You can’t ask the court to stop or change the promotion through an order or other special legal action.

Disputes & Arbitration

By taking part in this promotion, you agree to the following (unless the law says otherwise):

• If there’s a dispute or problem related to the promotion or the prize, it must be handled individually (not as part of a group or class action).
• All disputes must be settled only through final and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in Florida.
• The process will follow the Federal Arbitration Act.
• The decision from arbitration can be enforced in a court that has legal authority.
• Also, if any legal action is needed outside of arbitration, it must be filed in a federal or state court in Bradenton, Florida.

Governing Law

By entering this promotion, you agree that Florida law will apply to anything related to the promotion or these rules, no matter where you live.

Other Important Info

• If one part of these rules doesn’t hold up in court, the rest of the rules still apply.
• If any part is found to be invalid or not allowed by law, the rest will stay in place as if that part wasn’t included.
• If First Watch doesn’t enforce a rule at any point, it doesn’t mean that rule no longer matters.
• By joining the promotion, you agree not to claim the rules are unclear or confusing.
• Section titles (like this one) are just for easy reading—they don’t change what the rules mean.
• If there’s any confusion between these rules and other promotion materials, these Official Rules are the final word, and First Watch gets to make the final call.
